How to Log In and Use BeeTexting in Your RingCentral Account
This guide will walk you through:
- Logging in to RingCentral
- Accessing BeeTexting
- Sending and managing text messages
No technical experience required.
Part 1: Log In to Your RingCentral Account
Step 1: Go to the RingCentral Login Page
- Open your internet browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.)
- Go to: https://login.ringcentral.com
Step 2: Enter Your Login Information
- Enter your Company Email Address
- Enter your Password
- Click Sign In
If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts.
Part 2: Access BeeTexting
BeeTexting is available inside your RingCentral app (web or desktop).
Option A: Using RingCentral in Your Web Browser
- After logging in, look at the left-hand menu
- Click on Apps (sometimes shown as a grid icon)
- Select BeeTexting from the list
If you do not see BeeTexting:
- Contact your system administrator to confirm it has been added to your account.
Option B: Using the RingCentral Desktop App
- Open the RingCentral app on your computer
- Log in if prompted
- Click Apps in the left menu
- Select BeeTexting
Part 3: First-Time Setup (If Prompted)
The first time you open BeeTexting, you may be asked to:
- Allow permissions
- Confirm your phone number
- Accept terms of use
Simply follow the on-screen instructions and click Allow or Confirm when prompted.
Part 4: Sending a Text Message
Step 1: Open BeeTexting
Make sure you are inside the BeeTexting screen.
Step 2: Start a New Message

Click New Message or the + (plus) button
Enter the recipient’s phone number
- Include area code
- Make sure the number is mobile (texts cannot be sent to landlines)
Step 3: Type Your Message
- Click into the message box
- Type your text
Step 4: Send the Message
- Click Send
Your message will appear in the conversation thread.
Part 5: Viewing and Managing Conversations
Inside BeeTexting you can:
- View past conversations
- Reply to messages
- See message delivery status
- Search for contacts or phone numbers
To reply:
- Click on the conversation
- Type your response
- Click Send
Part 6: Sending Attachments (If Enabled)
If file sharing is enabled:
- Click the paperclip icon
- Select your file (image, document, etc.)
- Click Send
Tips for Best Use
- Keep messages professional and clear
- Double-check phone numbers before sending
- Do not send sensitive information unless approved
- Make sure you are using the correct company phone number
Troubleshooting
I don’t see BeeTexting
- Contact your system administrator
Messages are not sending
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page
- Log out and log back in
I forgot my RingCentral password
- Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page
