Requesting Software/Application License

Purpose

This article outlines the process for requesting access to a new software application or license.


Required Information

Before submitting your request, gather the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Position/Job Title
  • Manager’s Name
  • Software/Application Name
  • Type of Access Needed (standard user, admin, etc.)

    Business Case/Justification

    • Why is this software needed?
    • How will it support your role or department?
  • Manager Approval (must be documented in the request)

Submission Process

  1. Ensure you have manager approval.
  2. Compile all required information listed above.
  3. Open a ticket by emailing:

    itsupport@behavioralframework.com

  4. Include all required details in your email to avoid delays.

Approval & Processing

  • IT will review the request for completeness.
  • Requests without manager approval or business justification will be returned.
  • Once approved, IT will coordinate license assignment and notify the requester.
