Requesting Software/Application License
Purpose
This article outlines the process for requesting access to a new software application or license.
Required Information
Before submitting your request, gather the following details:
- Full Name
- Position/Job Title
- Manager’s Name
- Software/Application Name

Type of Access Needed (standard user, admin, etc.)
Business Case/Justification
- Why is this software needed?
- How will it support your role or department?
- Manager Approval (must be documented in the request)
Submission Process
- Ensure you have manager approval.
- Compile all required information listed above.

- Include all required details in your email to avoid delays.
Approval & Processing
- IT will review the request for completeness.
- Requests without manager approval or business justification will be returned.
- Once approved, IT will coordinate license assignment and notify the requester.
