How to Request Lumary or HiRasmus Support

If you need Lumary assistance, please review the following message and contact the correct support team.


If users are having issues with Client records, appointments, or other "operational" issues, they should be sent to Lumary@behaviroralframework.com. which are handled by Linda Larco.


If users need Reports, Dashboards, Process Changes, Lists or other "development" requests, they should be sent to lumarydevrequest@behavioralframework.com, which are addressed by Yash.


If users are having issues with Okta, Google, Workday, Apple, and other Third Party Applications, and/or issues with Hardware or systems, please open a ticket in Help Scout, or send an email to itsupport@behavioralframework.com and the first available representative will assist you.
