HiRasmus Login Issues
If users have issues logging into HiRasmus with an error message that says " You have lost connection to the internet. Some features may not be available." have them follow the steps below to address.

Clear Specific Site Data
Chrome may have "poisoned" data for just this one domain.
- In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings.
- Select View permissions and data stored across sites.
- Search for the website name and click the Delete (trash can) icon next to it.
- Restart Chrome and try again.
