How to setup your Behavioral Framework Email + Okta

Behavioral Framework Email & Okta Setup Guide

Navigate to mail.google.com. Enter your Behavioral Framework email address and click Next.

Step 3: Enter Temporary Password

Enter the temporary password provided by IT and click Verify.

Step 4: Change Your Password

Create a new password that meets Behavioral Framework requirements.

Step 5: Set Up Okta Verify

Click Set Up to begin configuring Okta Verify.

Step 6: Set Up Okta Verify using Mobile Device

Step 7: Display QR Code

After choosing setup Okta verify on a mobile device, you should see a QR code.

Up next is the mobile setup portion. Please download Okta verify on your personal device. If you have a company issue device, Okta verify should already be installed.

Step 8: Open Okta Verify App

Tap Add Account.

Step 9: Choose Organization

Select Organization as the account type.

Step 10: Skip Account Transfer

Tap Skip if prompted to transfer an account.

Step 11: Ready to Scan

Tap Yes, Ready to Scan.

Step 12: Scan the QR Code

Scan the QR code displayed on your computer.

Step 13: Enable Face ID / Passcode / Biometrics

Enable device authentication for additional security.

Step 14: Account Added

Tap Done after the account has been added successfully.

Step 15: Authentication

Select an authentication method to continue. For this, we will select push notification

Approve the push notification and select the matching number.

Step 17: Complete Setup

Skip the Google Authenticator setup and Click Continue to finish enrollment.

Final Step: Accept Google Workspace Terms

After completing Okta enrollment and authentication, Google Workspace may display a welcome screen. Click "I understand" to continue.

Success: Access Your Behavioral Framework Inbox

You are now successfully signed in to your Behavioral Framework Gmail account. You should see your inbox and welcome emails from Okta and Google Workspace and if applicable, other account invitations.

You now have secure access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and other Behavioral Framework applications.
